Move with confidence
Build speed, agility, balance, coordination, and body control.
SPRING 2027 · ANTICIPATED LAUNCH
After school is a chance to build more than athletic skills. HEART helps students in grades 3–6 develop confidence, positive habits, and a sense of belonging through purposeful movement and encouraging coaching.

Every child deserves to feel capable, included, and excited to grow. We coach personal progress through activities that connect movement, decision-making, character, and community.
Build speed, agility, balance, coordination, and body control.
Practice age-appropriate movement technique before adding speed or difficulty.
Develop focus, effort, accountability, and confidence in trying something new.
Learn to communicate, encourage others, and compete with respect.
Three six-week phases give students time to learn, practice, and apply their skills. The focus stays on individual progress and a positive relationship with movement.
Start with posture, balance, safe landing, running, stopping, and strength foundations.
Connect coordination, lateral movement, jumping, reaction, and partner activities.
Use skills in games and challenges that develop teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership.
These values shape how we coach, how students treat one another, and how we build a community where every child belongs.
Give your best effort and take pride in getting a little better each day.
Find the fun in movement, learning, and being part of the group.
Own your choices and follow through on what you say you will do.
Treat yourself, your teammates, your coaches, and your school with care.
Encourage others and work together so everyone can grow.

Safety before intensity, skill before speed, and appropriate supervision guide the program design. Campus-specific emergency, attendance, and pickup plans must be in place before launch.
Choose Find Your School, select your district, and open your child's campus page. Once enrollment opens, you'll complete student details, the required waiver, and payment through Wodify. Campus schedules and registration links are being finalized.
