STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
2026

Earn Each Rep

This summer is about more than training — it’s about transformation. The WEHS Summer S&C Program is built to develop speed, strength, power, and confidence through intentional, high-level coaching. Athletes will be challenged physically and mentally in an environment that promotes discipline, consistency, and growth. Come ready to work, compete, and elevate your game.

WHAT ATHLETES WILL GAIN

This program is designed to develop complete, well-rounded athletes through intentional training and expert coaching. Athletes will improve speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning while learning how to train the right way. In addition to physical development, we emphasize proper recovery strategies, basic nutrition education, and habits that support long-term athletic health.

Our coaching also addresses the mental and emotional side of performance by building confidence, discipline, and resilience in a positive, high-accountability environment. The goal is simple: prepare athletes to compete at a higher level when the season arrives.

Nutrition & Recovery

Athletes will learn basic nutrition principles and daily habits that support recovery, energy levels, and performance both in and out of the training environment.

Mental & Emotional Development

Training goes beyond the physical. We build confidence, discipline, resilience, and accountability to help athletes grow mentally and emotionally through challenge and structure.
