TCP YOUTH TRAINING

TCP IS BUILT FOR YOUTH ATHLETES WHO WANT TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION, IMPROVE IN THEIR SPORT, COMPETE AT A HIGH LEVEL, AND BECOME GREAT ALL-AROUND ATHLETES. WE CHALLENGE YOU TO GROW, PUSH YOUR LIMITS, AND TAKE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL—SO YOU CAN DOMINATE ON THE FIELD.

WHY OUR YOUTH TRAINING

If your youth athlete is serious about taking their game to the next level, TCP’s performance training is built to deliver real results. Our program is designed for athletes who are ready to compete, make the team, earn a starting position, and consistently perform at their highest potential.

 

Through our proven performance training system, young athletes will develop:

  • In-game speed

  • Change of direction and agility

  • Injury prevention

  • Sport specific conditioning

  • Recovery and regeneration

TCP also partners with youth sports teams across North Texas to provide comprehensive team performance training. With our Team Sports Training program, your team trains in a private group setting, with customized programming based on positional roles, seasonal demands, and overall team goals.

YOUTH TEAM SPORTS TRAINING

TCP partners with youth sports teams and organizations to provide sport-specific training programs for athletes ages 11 and up. Whether your team plays football, baseball, basketball, track & field, or soccer, our customized programs are built to meet the unique seasonal and positional needs of your athletes. Every session is designed and led by our expert TCP Performance Specialists, with a focus on improving on-field performance through private group training.

Saturday: Skills-Focused Training

Ideal for athletes seeking to master the detailed aspects of their sport through targeted, strategic practice.

Focus:

Concentrating on sport-specific exercises, drills, and mechanics to sharpen athletes' precise movements and techniques, this session aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in competition.

Sunday: Recovery Function

Proper rest ensures athletes are recharged and ready for the upcoming week of training, maintaining peak performance levels.

Focus:

Dedicated to full recovery, this day allows athletes to rest at home, focusing on muscle repair, mental recovery, and well-being. Emphasis is on hydration, nutrition, and gentle recovery activities.
