November: "No Days Off—Even in the Chill"

As Thanksgiving approached, the energy didn’t slow down. We stayed locked in. Our focus this month? Mental toughness and injury prevention. Our athletes learned how to push past limits while listening to their bodies. Recovery techniques, flexibility work, and mindset training became a big part of our weekly routine. While most people were winding down, TCP youth athletes were turning up.
